Brett Kavanaugh says he regrets 'sharp' tone during Senate hearing, promises to be 'impartial'

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh said in a Wall Strett Journal editorial that he was "sharp" and said "a few things I should not have" during a hearing over sexual assault allegations last week.
