Angola defeated South Africa 1-0 in the final of the COSAFA U-17 Cup in Port Louis, Mauritius on Sunday to clinch the regional title for the first time. Osvaldo Capemba's winner also ensures that Os Palancas Negras will represent Southern Africa at the U-17 African Cup of Nations in Tanzania next year.
